A morning of renewal and encouragement for local ministry leaders and staff
Endurance in Ministry is a free workshop designed for local ministry leaders and staff. Over two main sessions, author Sean Nemecek will present on “The Hidden Cost of Leadership” and “Effective and Sustainable Leadership." Drawing from his own ministry experience and his book The Weary Leader's Guide to Burnout, Sean offers practical insight for lasting leadership.
Following the morning sessions, there will be an optional lunch panel Q&A covering the topics presented as well as strategies for building lasting ministry teams.
You are welcome to stay for lunch— either bring your own lunch or pay for a provided lunch. After lunch, you're invited to enjoy our beautiful lakeside campus for prayer, reflection, or a walk.
