A morning of renewal and encouragement for local ministry leaders and staff.
Endurance in Ministry is a free workshop designed for local ministry leaders and staff who want to lead with greater health, effectiveness, and sustainability.
Over two main sessions, author Sean Nemecek will explore “The Hidden Cost of Leadership” and “Effective and Sustainable Leadership.” Drawing from his own ministry experience and his book The Weary Leader’s Guide to Burnout, Sean will offer practical insights for navigating the challenges of leadership and building a ministry life that can endure.
Following the morning sessions, join us for a lunch panel Q&A. We’ll continue the conversation, address questions from the morning sessions, and explore practical strategies for building healthy, sustainable ministry teams. Our friends at the Battle Creek Chick-fil-A are providing lunch.
After lunch, you’re invited to enjoy our beautiful lakeside campus at your own pace. Take some time for prayer, reflection, a quiet walk, or simply a chance to step away from the demands of ministry.
